NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition Packages:

Standard Package:

The Standard Plan is great for anyone starting out working with a nutritionist. This program provides the full support needed to achieve long-term nutrition success. 

 

Includes:

Initial 60-minute consultation:

In this first session, we will do a deep dive into your current nutrition habits with a complete dietary assessment. From there, I will provide realistic and achievable recommendations and we will finish by setting goals to help keep you motivated to succeed!

 

Biweekly 45-minute Zoom session:

Every 2 weeks, we will have a follow-up session where we will go over your progress, address any questions or concerns and make any adjustments to your plan. This allows me to provide you with the emotional support needed and also set new biweekly goals.

 

Weekly text/email check-ins:

Each week we can touch base on how the week is going and also address any small issues that may have come up. In addition, I can answer any questions you may have along your journey and provide food suggestions if needed. 

 

In this plan you will be provided:

  • Personalized nutrition recommendations and goals

  • Review of food journal

  • Snack ideas, recipes, meal plan suggestions, information on portion sizes, and other information as needed to help you achieve your specific goals

Maintenance Package: 

The Maintenance Package is recommended for people continuing with nutrition coaching after 3-months or when they no longer need as much support. This program is ideal for people who are more comfortable with their nutrition plan and may need fewer sessions per month.

 

Includes:

Initial 60-minute consultation (not for continuing clients unless needed)

In this first session, we will do a deep dive into your current nutrition habits with a complete dietary assessment. From there, I will provide realistic and achievable recommendations and we will finish by setting goals to help keep you motivated to succeed!
